A 12-month finance internship supporting financial reporting, analysis, and governance for the Health Systems business in South Africa.

Responsibilities

  • This role contributes directly to the financial health and governance of the South African Health Systems business, enabling accurate decision-making and supporting healthcare delivery across the region
  • You will work closely with the Financial Controller – Health Systems, collaborating with finance, supply chain, customer service, and business stakeholders across the organization
  • The role offers strong professional development through hands-on exposure to financial reporting, performance analysis, and compliance within a multinational healthcare company, while also building personal skills such as collaboration, analytical thinking, and accountability

Qualifications

  • Experience: Academic or internship exposure to finance, accounting, or business analysis
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Education: Completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field with a minimum academic average of 60%
  • Anything else: South African graduate who has completed all modules/credits and is eager to learn and grow within a purpose-driven organization
